| Spicy Szechuan Tuna Over RiceThis recipe is the epitome of all things bachelor.  Who needs Tuna Helper when you've got a bottle of spicy Szechuan sauce? 
2 cans of tuna1-1/2 cups of cooked white, long-grain rice
 3-4 tablespoons of House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce
 4 splashes of Kikkoman soy sauce
 
 
 
Prepare rice as directed on package.
While rice is cooking, mix tuna and szechuan sauce in a saucepan and place on medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until the sauce comes to a boil.
Top tuna mixture over rice.  Season with soy sauce as needed.
