I took this picture after rounding a corner in a quiet, tourist-free nook. I was taken aback by the tower and the beauty of the building. We witnessed a couple filmmakers entering from the back, so we assumed it was a very expensive hotel. It was only after our trip did I discover that we'd photographed the rear of the Teatro La Fenice, a famous opera house that has twice burned down, most recently in 1996.
