Spurred on by Gina's love for the movie, "The Big Easy" and my penchant for "Girls Gone Wild" videos, we decided to take a short vacation to steamy New Orleans. One thing above all else kept us salivating with anticipation: Cajun food. With Muffalettas, Beineits, Oyster Po' Boys, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice and pralines readily at our disposal, we were not disappointed.
