We ended our first evening in New Orleans with a tasty dinner at the Praline Connection. Of all the food we sampled, this was one of my favorite experiences. The photo is blurry because I was quivering with delight....you've got your red beans and rice, collard greens, catfish, jambalaya, gumbo, fried chicken and for dessert: bread pudding. (quiver)
